What visitors send through your forms arrives here — with every field and the page it came from.
1 Reading enquiries
Every submission from a Formular block lands in the Posteingang (inbox). The list is on the left, unread ones marked with a dot and counted in the bar; the selected enquiry is on the right with every filled field: E-Mail, Telefon, the message, Von Seite — which page of your website it was sent from — and whether the privacy notice was accepted. The circle at the top right checks for new arrivals.
2 Replying and tidying up
Antworten (reply) opens your usual mail program with the sender’s address and a subject line; you answer from your own address, not from inside the editing area. The bin deletes an enquiry after a confirmation — please only once you have answered it or filed it elsewhere.
